The best time for fresh, warm breakfast here is bright and early - right after they open their doors. You?ll be glad you made the effort! (Call up before you travel in - on the rare occasion they are delayed).
There?s plenty of seating if you decide to eat in, and it?s rarely full. Get yourself a window seat for a front-row view of the daily drama unfolding in Preston city centre - free entertainment with your coffee (or hot chocolate as I prefer)!
Parking: Can be a real challenge to find parking close by.
Wheelchair accessibility: Don't believe there is a lift to the upstairs seating area.

Looks very tired now, it is in dire need of a refurb. We have been having coffee here for years but will be thinking of alternatives. The tables are unclean and need wiping on a more regular basis, they need to be cleared and checked regularly. The toilets are a disgrace, one is out of order and the other filthy with I?m not sure what was on the floor. The stairs are dirty too, I felt grubby coming out. The standards have slipped.
However, the staff are lovely and the coffee delicious.

I?m afraid to say that the store and standard of staff need to be updated. The male member of staff cleaned my table and smelled so bad I was actually put off my coffee. The store itself is extremely dirty and the furniture needs to be replaced or at least cleaned. Very uncomfortable visit. High priced drinks and very low standards

Not bad for a city centre Nero. The staff were really lovely and friendly :)

Just called for a drink and a scone the drink was good the scone was very dry.
