Picked up a sandwich from the fridge in the side to then see the service being quite slow. I had a train to catch so I went and put the sandwich I picked up back. When upon leaving the barista then proceeded to shout at me saying ?you didn't put that back? which I obviously did. I showed her that I did indeed put it back to then have no apology whatsoever just a condescending look off her. Honestly disgraceful to be shouting at customers like that. Will not be returning

The toasties and cold bottled drinks can be expensive. But the freshly made drinks are a good price. Staff are lovely and accomodating, amd always willing to help. My favourite small drinks cafe in preston.

Writing this as my mum had a fall as she was leaving the cafe. Staff, in particular, a lovely man called Daniel was so kind and helpful in sorting my mum out. Good to know there are good people out there. Hopefully if Daniel?s managers read this he will get some recognition. Easter Monday over lunchtime
