I had a lovely experience at the cafe thanks to the wonderful barista who served me (unfortunately don?t know her name) She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made my coffee just the way I like it. Her warm smile and kind attitude really brightened my day. It?s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers. I?ll definitely be coming back!

Throughout the years this has been my favourite of the Caffé Neros to eat, drink, and socialise with a friend at. It is ideal.
Plus, the views from the historic upstairs of the building, of Friargate Harris-side in almost it's entirety, are wonderful and worth checking out!

Nice staff but way understaffed. They are run off their feet. This means that tables not cleared and floor and tables filthy!!! An overall bad experience although coffee was good. I don't believe the floor had been cleaned since the day before. Toilets awful but no female staff on to check them.

Busy, but still room to sit. Staff lovely as ever.Coffee fab. Only slight complaint was that the toilet could do with a once over, broken loo roll holder on floor and tissues too.
