We went for a quick lunch. First thoughts on arrival was the store looked like it had recently been refurbished.....pretty good first impression. Unfortunately the same couldn't be said for the food or the service upon having an issue with cold, undercooked bacon xl burger. We asked for the burger to be replaced as it was anaemic and cold. Got given the replacement burger, for that to be even colder and still anaemic. The attitude of the manager, Kirsty I think was her name, was unhelpful and dismissive, no attempt to rectify the complaint. Ended up getting a refund, no replacement, therefore went without lunch. On leaving the store, the same manager shouted after us smugly 'thanks guys, bye' with a grin. Not the act or attitude in fitting with management level anywhere. We will definitely not be back and recommend highly that nobody else does either. We tried to leave feedback on burger Kings own website, unfortunately, that wasn't functioning either! Burger King......King of burgers you are not!

A few years ago this place was so disgusting I actually reported them to health and hygiene, they said they checked and it had been cleaned.. So I did a follow up and nothing had changed. The kitchen floor was so caked in dirt and congealed scum it was unreal. A "slippery floor" cone in the restaurant was covering a spilt coke that had gone BONE DRY so that had been there for days. Spilt white ice-cream on the machine had changed to what looked like a yellowish brown rock, must've been months old.. Looking around at the spilt food and mess honestly I could write an essay about how disgusting it was. So years later aka this month I went back hoping it was under new management, it was even worse! So bad in fact that when the girl on the till asked what I wanted I had to point out all the bugs I could see crawling around in the kitchen. This is the Bamber bridge restaurant, my friend in Wigan 2 hours ago received a just eat delivery from her local branch and found a silverfish running around inside the box with one of the burgers which prompted me to write this. How are they still in business? Why the hell are people standing in there, looking around at the absolute contaminated filth and still ordering? Really does make me question the general public tbh.... Don't believe me? Go Bamber bridge burger king it will blow your mind.

Where to start? Hardly anybody in at peak time. Should have been a red flag but when the staff finally acknowledged me standing alone at the counter, I placed an order for two meals. £20!! During my time standing and waiting for the food, the drinks machine spurted out ice all over the floor, nobody seemed to care. Never seen a team of people work so slowly or miserably. My burger was ready long before everything else and was placed on a tray to go cold while a new batch of fries were cooked. By the time I ate, fries were red hot and burger was just about warm. A guy came in shouting that he had been waiting in his car for twenty minutes. Staff hardly took any notice until the manager stepped up and he got his food. It wasn?t busy. No reason other than their lack of motivation. Put the staff out of their misery and close this branch or hire new staff. Also heard staff swearing within earshot of young customers. Unacceptable. And my fizzy drink tasted odd so I left it.

when you order something with the selling point , of Gourmet , you expect a high quality product. I ordered a Gourmet Pepper burger meal, and same meal for my wife. After an 18 minute wait for the food. I was presented with undercooked bacon, so under cooked it still have been Alice. And excessive dressing pooling aroynd the bun. I returned and expressed my dissatisfaction to the same and requested a refund. Alot of too and forcing ensued, finally gett8ng me the requested refund. All I would say, is that if by goung by the name, you expect a better quality meal? You will be sorely disappounted

The hygiene in the burger king is terrifying, I wouldn't go near it with a barge pole :( Please be careful upon entry as the door mat is slimy, and almost slippy?

Had to give one star as won?t let you give none, how Burger King allow this place to stay open is beyond me. Cold restaurant cold soulless staff, milkshakes machine hasn?t worked for months, fizzy drinks machine has lost its fizz. Food was stone cold, ended up throwing it in bin and leaving. Went to toilet on way out, they were filthy with appliances all in need of repair or replacement. The car park has more craters than the moon. Shame on you BK close this s88thole, sack the uncaring staff, and let a decent food stop take over the site.

Not busy no wonder, last time I'll go to burger King anywhere. Got served quick enough but the quality was rubbish and just warm could have complained but I wasn't having a burger disembowled to be warm up in a microwave. No coffee just pop and £16 for 2 burger meals and a child's portion no never again.

Food was utterly terrible, stale chips, burnt chilly bites. Cold drink was warm, much of the menu missing. Cannot believe they are allowed to retain franchise

Took ages to get food, drinks were flat and warm, got the food wrong, no toilet roll. Absolutely Horrendous, do better!!

I write this having visited a few times over the years and things seem to be getting worse here. Now I like the burgers?..expensive but I do prefer them over a rivals burgers. But the owners of this franchise must just pick up teens from the local college and throw them in with no direction. Let?s take my every few months visit. Yes I every so often try it again so see if it?s improved. So again we have this incredibly long wait at the drive through. Not because there are hundreds of cars in front of me but everything is just so slow. Like I said they see to have no manager direction going on inside. I order a LARGE meal. Eventually get handed a small drink. Nothing said to me. I asked is this a large cup, thinking have they gotten smaller since my last visit. In fact I think it best if I do it in quotes between ME and the employee BK ME Is this a large drink? BK We have run out of large cups ME But I ordered a large meal BK We have run out of large cups. Did she not tell you that when you ordered? ME No. BK We have run out of large cups ME Have I paid for a large meal BK Yes but we have run out of large cups ME But I?ve paid for it BK Well I can give you another regular cup to make up for it I mean anywhere else I?ve been regardless of franchise, if they run out of large bags for fries or cups for drinks, substitute it for 2 regulars. Especially if you?ve paid for it. So I?ve given it 2 because I like the burgers but 0 for the organisation and running of the service. How the bamber bridge Burger King owners have kept their franchise is beyond me.

Went to Burger King on Lostock Lane, Bamber Bridge. Seriously in need of closing and a full refurbishment and staff training. No cleanliness at all which was surprising especially with Covid! The tables hadn?t been wiped. The toilets were awful, no toilet roll, taps didn?t work and needed a good clean. Ordered two plant burger meals, they made meat burgers, then I only received the plant burgers which were cold and the bread was falling to pieces, I went back for the chips and was given two more full meals, The coke machine was empty. The organisation was zero, people were complaining of the wait and not being served in order, and receiving incorrect orders. It was a disaster! I?ll never go there again.

Items were missing from the order, wrong drink was delivered with meal and was given cold food with a rock hard stale bun that was inedible, will never come to this Burger King as long as I live, disgusting!
