Interesting to see from these reviews that the pharmacist is apparently rude to many customers, so my experience isn't an isolated one.

Saturday morning needed antibiotics for a UTI looked up Boots website said open at 9am. Feeling unwell got there for 9 to be told by a very unfriendly female staff member that the pharmacy only opens at 10am. Found store to be poorly stocked, badly displayed & expensive on my last visit. Prices were very high too, on a par with the local Waitrose.
