Went into boots today and Amy at the benefit area was absolutely fabulous the setting spray and setting powder she recommended was a game changer have never been so happy with the service and Amy has completely changed my makeup routine for the better 11/10 service. If you?re in books look for Amy at the benefit station.

Waited for 5 minutes this morning at 11.40 at the counter next to the pharmacy dispensary to buy something that is not available on the shelf within the store, no one came to the counter so gave up! No one available to ask either. Will go elsewhere, no customer service whatsoever, there always used to be someone available at this counter!

Great selection of makeup products and skincare, however customer service was definitely lacking. Asked a staff member for help finding a product, hoping for helpfulness instead the older staff member was rude and short with me. She seemed unhappy that i was even talking to her in general.
She was quite dissmissive and made me feel like i shouldve ended the conversation right there. I dont usually ask for help, but after this i definitely wont bother again.

Having had an NHS hearing aid a couple of years ago due to severe hearing loss, which was beyond useless and I ditched for coping mechanisms, Safwan was absolutely fabulous with the hearing test and then explaining my options. No pressure at all - just clear and honest advice, also noting the 90 day trial period. I was extremely impressed with the ability to test what a hearing aid would do prior to purchase. The end result is incredible - a massive difference to my personal situation already and I wish I had visited Boots sooner. Sam was also brilliant as well in ensuring that my ears were in the best possible way for the hearing test.

Amazing customer service from Lauren.
I ordered a package through click and collect, but I never got any notification that it was ready for pickup. When I went to the store for the first time, they couldn?t find it in the system, and even after calling customer support?where I was told it had been dispatched?I was left hanging for days.
I even showed up just 15 minutes before closing, and despite the late hour, Lauren immediately jumped in. She checked the system, searched every locker, and finally found my package. I was so relieved and really grateful for her help. Thanks a lot, Lauren!

Severely understaffed. Couldn?t find anyone to help me in 30mins. And the staff that was there was extremely rude and unhelpful. I needed help with finding a product and on finally finding a member of staff I asked if they could help me and before even hearing me out they very rudely told me they're occupied and I proceeded to ask if they could point me to someone who could help and they even more sterner and rude replied I said I am busy right now. I am really disappointed with the service as this is supposed to be a very well to do renowned store. I hope to see a change for the better.

Visited on the 7th of September.
The service provided by their consultant, Meghan or Megan, was incredible. We went through the issues I've been having with my skin condition, going through my current day and night skin regime.
We both couldn't find anything wrong with either regime, so we decided to adjust the serum and moisturizer (Cream-Gel).
Which I've been using for just under a week now, and I can see I slight improvement.
Great service.

Unfortunately to I have experience with interfering in to my private live, pharmacist together with surgery receptionist illegally change Dr proscribed medication and amount trust administration and maladministration problems I suffered.

Totally unacceptable level of service within the prescriptions department. Someone really needs to get there act together. They are obviously understaffed, yet there seems to be no visible offer of assistance from the store management, poor customer service starts with poor management.
