Went into boots today and Amy at the benefit area was absolutely fabulous the setting spray and setting powder she recommended was a game changer have never been so happy with the service and Amy has completely changed my makeup routine for the better 11/10 service. If you’re in books look for Amy at the benefit station.

Waited for 5 minutes this morning at 11.40 at the counter next to the pharmacy dispensary to buy something that is not available on the shelf within the store, no one came to the counter so gave up! No one available to ask either. Will go elsewhere, no customer service whatsoever, there always used to be someone available... read full comment
