Very friendly chippy with a welcoming atmosphere, great value for money and extra tasty. Worth a visit if in the area :)

The food was OK-ish. The pies where hard edged like they'd been in the hot cupboard a long time, the mushy peas where full of shells and left an aftertaste. Definitely not soaked and made by shop they tasted of nothing. Expected more really as people have always raved about this chippy. Slightly disappointed to be fair.
