Unfortunately we never got to eat it!! We ordered online for 6pm and it arrived at 4.45pm. I said to the driver we didn't want it yet but he said we had to have it as we had ordered it. I rang them up and even though I had confirmation by email that my order was for 6pm they said it didn't matter as it wasn't correct online. Apparently they've had a few like this but haven't sorted it. It went in the bin as no way was we warming a kebab etc an hour later. We are contacting our bank to sort a refund out. £26 down the drain.

Had food from here previously which has been poor. Then tonight not even ordered and had the delivery driver banging on the door then banging on all my windows waking up my one year old and then stood there telling me I needed to pay an order which I hadn?t ordered and after 5 minutes arguing with me looked and realised he had the wrong address.Also, when I called and spoke to the manager there was no apology just ?the driver is busy and he has to deliver.? Then when they finally realised I hadn?t ordered just said ?it?s one of them things? customer service is a ZERO from this place. It was my go to but after tonight I?d advise anyone to use Genos.
