All gardening staff, and they offer the widest range of gypsum, bathroom and kitchen acsessories.
Tools all right , plumbing a little bit limited.
Since the new self check introduced, 3 staff members walks around with hands in their pocket, and 1 trying to serve the custumers.

I've spent quite a bit here lately and it hasn't been bad. The store is tidier than most and the shelves are full. Like all B&Q these days it's kept in semi darkness and the price labels on the shelves are so small you need a magnifying glass. One thing that annoyed me. On Friday my partner and I went in to buy some bath taps. She needed the loo so we agreed to meet at the tap display. I must have wandered around the display for 15 minutes and the two staff sitting not five feet away didn't even look at me, let alone ask if they could help. Nice work if you can get it.

Great choice and better than chorley store as it has also got little cafe and toilets as well handy if you need a bite or loo whilst in there.

I pretty much always manage to find exactly what I need in here. Love the paint mixing station. There are also lots of parking spots for various size vehicles as well as abilities. I wish they hadn't moved to self check outs, though, as it's not practical for larger items/full trolleys.
