Leaving a review here because I can't leave one on Just Eat. I ordered a full week's shop at 7:40pm, including items I needed urgently due to having run out and it was accepted by the store straight away. At 8:30pm I was called by the driver to say that my order was cancelled because they don't take orders after 8pm.

It is a fairly large Asda, has alot of choice in products but at the moment each time I have visited alot of empty shelves. The display tickets are missing in quite a few areas so have to onask for price checks particularly around the George section of the shop. This has scan and go facility available, quick serve tills and normal check outs.

I visited this store just after midnight this morning (28 August 2025). Upon leaving after doing my shopping, I went to return the trolley I was using and I was not happy that the £1 coin flew out of the mechanism, resulting in me losing the £1 coin. I understand why supermarkets are asking for £1 to use a trolley to cut down on trolley thefts, but the mechanism on the trolley I used was too forceful when ejecting the £1 coin. Asda either need to look at other mechanisms or warn customers as to how quickly the coins are ejected.

Went to asda to get a picture on a cake today and it was broken. Before then I went to asda on January the 10th 2025 for my little girl and the machine was broken still. The women said it be fixed by next week. Been broken for weeks now. I don't drive so had to go to clayton one in asda bloody nightmare

Everytime I go the prices are not updated I had to go back and put back some juice that said it was on offer at £1.14 and really it was £1.39. The shelves are always untidy especially in the freezer section, very often the item you went in for has run out, they keep moving everything around obviously trying to either help you keep your step count or maybe they just enjoy customers looking confused, which is fine it's their kind of fun, but they don't update the signs above so it becomes annoying so much so I give up and get the item from another store.

Tried to use the self service tills to buy some shirts,as I use a walking stick I struggled to keep myself upright whilst trying to scan and fold the clothing,whilst 2 members of staff looked on. In the end I just gave up and left the clothing at the till.Maybe asda ar not bothered about a couple of hundred quid,especially it means having to deprive certain staff of there entertainment. Not been back,and will never go back to this store.

Worst McDonald?s in Preston! Orders can take up to 15 mins and more often than not incorrect. Attitude on some staff needs addressing, management more interested in a vape break! Tables dirty, just don?t bother. The floor inside the serving area is lethal! I wouldn?t like my name on that health and safety poster!

A typical Asda store. Very busy when we visited. A little bit tucked out of the way. There are also some concession stores here as well - Timpsons & McDonald's to name two.
Ample car parking available. Staff are friendly enough.

The most disorganized store. Had an order to collect yesterday at 1730. No one got the order ready. This was 1730 on a sunday.. me and 2 other costumers were there until 1930. Finally someone named Shannon come out and apologise and said she would sort home delivery for the next day. (Until then fine -understand mistakes happen) Today I have been waiting for confirmation of the slot and they said the information wasnt passed through. And that the delivery was marked as not collected. Never again

Don?t do an Asda delivery here? the final straw after lots of little issues like substitutes, going out of date food etc was 2 sausages missing? it was clearly covered up by whoever did the picking or Asda staff in general. Wasn?t the driver as he was a Muslim bloke and we just laughed about it. After 2 years of deliveries that?s us done!

Every single time I order my groceries? half of it gets swapped out by utter rubbish and I have to send it back. When I go into store on the rare occasion, I can?t move as half the isles are full of cardboard boxes and all the fridges are empty. It?s a waste of time even ordering here anymore.
