Bought an item through ebay which was advertised as a universal cutlery basket for an indesit dishwasher. It does not fit due to the mouldings on the bottom of the basket. Misleading advertising refusing to pay my postage back.

I bought a faulty oven a month ago. The seller didn't believe I was telling the truth. I asked the seller to replace or take back the defective goods. He refused on either. I have a very bad opinion of this business. I will never buy here again. They also want to sell the defective product at full price. Outrageous, Disgusting
