Unfortunately it only takes 1 act of incompetence and they've lost my business.Delivery guy was told were to drop the materials. I couldn't supervise and I wish I had. When I realised it hadn't been put where I instructed (30 minutes later) I was told it couldn't be moved until after the weekend.Apparently the materials were dropped at the location I instructed him to so the answer was no. Not sure why I would instruct the delivery driver to drop the materials at a location that would either add another 4-5 hours work on to my day (meaning using a whacker plate until midnight) or £80 to extend the hire of the whacker plate.I am literally 10 minutes from their depot and it's 10 minutes work at the most but apparently that's just too much for them to do.Thanks guys I really appreciate this. NOT!
