Been using this store as my go to pet shop since my dog was 8 weeks old (now 11 months), used their own brand kibble for most of his life (since discovered raw) spent £100's and today my puppy has been banned from the store for weeing on the floor and some splashed against some plastic cat litter boxes, the 2 members of staff (I can only assume were the owners, never seen them before) reacted quite abruptly about the incident so my partner offered to clean it up, the male member of staff said no just don't bring your dog in here again ... which is a massive shame because the other members of staff are so welcoming and always give my puppy treats and socialise with him.. take your business elsewhere... huge overreaction over something so minor

A massive range of products at not just reasonable but very very good pricing. The owner was friendly as well! Heartily recommended, especially for dog owners. The range of treats is far beyond anything you will find at a Pets At Home or similar.

Good value products, brilliant staff

Extremely disappointed with the service offered today at Alpa Pet Warehouse. After entering alongside my dog, he did a wee inside the shop. This is extremely out of character for my dog, however isn?t uncommon for any dog in pet stores due to the high volume of dogs who have visited and done the same. After this, I was taken back by the rude, angry and overall disgusting way in which the staff reacted and began to raise their voice towards me. I do not believe this would have happened to me if I was their age and do think it was mainly them wishing to belittle me and assert their higher importance to someone younger. Despite apologising for the dogs mishaps, we were told to leave the shop, causing them to miss out on a sale. I do acknowledge that they have to maintain the cleanliness of the shop and will have to put their foot down when necessary, but I feel this could have been dealt with much nicer and in a much less intimidating manner. A real shame to let down the countless other times I have gone here, safe to say I won?t be returning now! Wish I could give 0 stars!
