Went to see the pharmacist for a throat infection. I arrived at 9am and had to wait over 20 minutes to be seen because the pharmacist wanted to sort out the morning deliveries first. Only one member of staff at the counter despite a long queue. Then despite the article being on the shelf they didn’t have it in stock. Poor service.
