The cheese pie is amazing. I really want to try other menu items but every time I go I pick the cheese pie. Fresh chips and veg cooked to perfection. Also, service with a smile.

We were a group of 9 ladies staying close by for a weekend break and wanted to eat out in the evening. We called a few days before our stay to enquire about booking a table. We pre ordered our food and when we arrived we were greeted by really friendly staff and shown to our table the food arrived really promptly and was all perfectly cooked and exactly what we had ordered and I have to say exceptional value for money. the portions were really generous. A main course was only £12.95. There was a really great atmosphere in the pub and there was a band setting up to play live music from about 9pm. I would definitely reccomend a visit if you are in the area.

Visiting friends in the area and called in for lunch. The food was lovely, large portions and piping hot. Service was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. Will definitely return the next time we get chance.

Had lunch here, although very busy the service was excellent. Our food arrived nice and hot, large portions and very good quality. Definitely recommend to eat here, live music made the visit more enjoyable to us.
