I asked a store employee for help because Google Maps showed the wrong stop location for the bus I needed. The guy listened to me, apologized and went behind the cash register to process the customer's purchases, then came back to me and helped me figure out my problem. It was very nice to receive help and smiles on such a gloomy day.

Convenient and some times convenience. Very handy for people living near by, and for drivers passing by. Have quite a good range of products in store. This is open most bank holidays when others are shut. Friendly and helpful staff

Spar doing well, even though Tesco express near by. Some special offers cheaper than Tesco.

Long established local Spar shop on Garstang Road. Usual range of products; groceries, newspapers, sandwiches, beers and wines etc. The shop is beginning to show its age a bit though and with a brand new Tesco Express recently built virtually next door I can't help but think that it will soon struggle to compete against its supermarket giant neighbour.
