House buying is a very challenging process. This process was made even harder by Royle, over 7 long months.I was very disappointed with my experience with Royle Estate Agents namely due to dishonesty, lack of transparency and ghosting. I wouldn't recommend them to family or friends who are looking to buy or sell.

First of all achieving a sale price £30k more than some other local estate agents were proposing then being incredibly compassionate, understanding and supportive at a time when I was in some personal crisis. Absolutely awful agents if you just want some information from them. To explain, we bought our current house from them and they were decent, they call you back when asked to, they chase vendors etc, they do what they are meant to do....Then almost a month ago now I called the agent to ask for a new valuation considering the market has changed, plus we have done and are looking to do some work to the property, hence wanted to know what the value might be......Nothing, no calls back, so I rang again 'really sorry we've not come back to you, I'll send her an email and she'll be in contact'. Nothing. I rang again, same apology, she'll be in contact......So clearly they are an agency that are only in it for the cash, even though I was a PREVIOUS CUSTOMER, and obviously if I did look to sell ,I would have most likely gone back to the agents who I knew, NOT GOING TO HAPPEN NOW! So, just remember folks, only in it for the money, customers can obviously come and go.

Many thanks to all at Royles? Estate Agency for the sensitive manner in which they handled selling Mum?s house after her death. Rebecca, Sarah and Deborah were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed to do and guided me through the process, answering any questions and queries readily. We are delighted with the sale, thrilled with the family who are the new owners of the property and can recommend Royle?s for their professionalism and speed in bringing the sale to fruition.

Royle were the estate agency for the property I was buying. Ringing them was actually depressing as it reminded me of how poor my own estate agent was at responding ?They always knew who I was, where were were up to. Very friendly and understanding, especially as my sale took a long time.Well worth going with them. Friendly, kind, answered every email quickly, always got through on the phone. Really great. ??

We sold and purchased a house with Royle Estate Agents and although a house move can be very stressful, our experience with Royle was very positive. From the outset Rebecca was professional, trustworthy and efficient. This put me completely at ease. The staff in the office communicated effectively and in a timely manner. I was always fully supported with any questions I had and their response was always swift and reassuring. I would highly recommend their service and would, without hesitation, use them again should we decide to move in the future.
