WOW, just collected my real sheepskin rug from the Poulton Cleaning Centre.
It looks brand new! Was a bit reluctant in case it shrank but thought I?d risk it, well worth the risk, and saved money having to buy a new one. Will defo be back. Thanks looks fab!

Complete shambles of a business.
Owner has no clue. You may end up with other customers duvets, dry cleaning isn?t always dry cleaned due to lack of solutions, majority of stuff gets thrown in washers on short cycles with cheap powder. Items very often lost.

Over 2 weeks total. 3 re-cleans and plenty of wasted journeys. Arrogant on the most part: I said, ?I don?t want to pick it up again (this was after the 2nd clean), I?ve been back and forth coming here?. She replied ?it?s only been twice?, yeah twice too many, my suit jacket which has been worn less than 10 times and only 2 months old should not be coming back after being dry cleaned smelling. What did they actually do? Re-clean, still smells and then denied it smelling! When I came to pick it up on the Friday, after being instructed to pick it up Friday, it wasn?t ready and told me to come back the next morning - this was 10 minutes after searching for it, they lost it for 10 minutes!
Not going back, what?s the point in having to have a suit jacket re cleaned 3 times when I?m convinced they caused the smell to start with! Should only need one clean and then done?what a waste of money, time and effort.

I took my wedding dress to be dry cleaned for our 25th wedding anniversary party. All those years ago, I didn't have it dry cleaneed and it had been in a bag in the loft. I didn't think that the make up and marks, especially those at the bottom of the dress, dirt from the dance floor, would fade, let alone come out.
I have picked the dress up today and cannot believe tears to my eyes! It looks like it's come straight from a wedding dress shop. There is not a mark on the dress, the long beaded neck scarf, previously discoloured, is now the same colour as the dress. I simply can't believe the transformation...absolutely thrilled. Thank you to the team at the shop...all polite and smiley...Julie Rogers

I would actually have chosen to not give any stars if it were possible. Left my coat to be cleaned (bird ?!!!) and went back to pick it up a few days later - as instructed. Upon returning to the shop, they couldn?t find my coat! After a lengthy search, they located it on a rack - not wrapped in plastic or anything. They then said they needed to steam it (for what good that was). They quickly wrapped it in a plastic cover and I was on my way. When I unwrapped it, it looks as if it hasn?t actually been cleaned. It doesn?t have the cleaning/chemical smell and the stains are still visible. It also looks creased and as if no attention has been given whatsoever. Total waste of my time and money. AVOID!!!!!!

Lost our dry cleaning, then told us when they found it they would deliver it, heard nothing for five days, went in and it had turned up !!
Lame excuses from the owner, dry cleaning was done to a good standard but customer care is awful.

took duvet and mattress topper to be cleaned and asked if could get tea stains out ? yes he said and I paid £38 on collection was told couldn't get all the stains out but was better . wrong not only are the staines still there same as when I dropped them off also another black stain that wasn't there when I dropped them off so ive paid £38 for nothing

Lost our duvet for over two weeks. Kept telling us that it was not yet ready and to come back a few days later, but did not communicate that the duvet was missing so multiple wasted return trips. On one occasion, tried to hand over someone else?s duvet and pass it off as ours. Finally lost item was located and we were offered £3 off the bill. An absolute joke. Dishonest, dire communication and an embarrassing offer of compensation. Will not return and strongly suggest anyone looking for a dry cleaning ?service? to take their business elsewhere.

I have used these guys a few times, personally for a few suits & through work for a few hundred expensive jumpers we got in, the suits were spot on & 90% of the jumpers came back without a single mark on them.Service: Organic dry cleaning

Pleasant staff. Really friendly and great service. Just used their service of having our washing done and dried because of the recent weather. Normally 24hrs for washing and drying. If lucky enough, drop it of when opening and May just May get it back at the end of the day. Will use again, and would recommend to anyone who lives or visiting.
