Dropped off an Evri parcel at this location, received confirmation of drop off & now the item has disappeared into thin air. I am distinctly unimpressed & will not be using Preesall One Stop for anything at all in the foreseeable future. 1 ? only because I can?t give ZERO ?s.

Guy behind the till (not sure about his name, but he's older and bald), I don't think he likes people. I won't be going to the one stop if he's serving.
Maybe somebody with manners should be teaching him something. Just a suggestion.

Staff always friendly, I use the hermes drop off regularly which is very convenient. Parking can be a problem tho.

Awesome staff, they are all super friendly and always great deals on offer. But whoever the owners of the shop take forever to get things fixed in the store which isn't very good for us customers. A few months back the shop was cash only for at least a month, the freezers look a mess because they are leaking and a lot of the stock has been frozen in place and the latest problem which has prompted my review is the horrendous smell in there like wet dog smell. The roof is leaking with buckets under it and stained roof with panels missing and it's been like that for a few days now. If its anything like the other problems it will be like that for weeks. I feel sorry for the staff having to put up with the stench for a whole shift.

Typical convenience store with all the usual stuff. Also sell lottery tickets, scratch cards and alcohol, although they weirdly only serve this until 10pm due to their drinks licence yet are open to 11pm
