The whole team at Moon?s went above and beyond to prepare a wonderful and dignified service for Dad. They were always available to answer any doubts or concerns that we had regarding arrangements - one cannot put into words how much this sort of thoughtful and completely devoted service means to a grieving family.Moon?s truly were exceptional and dealt with everything to help take the burden off us as a grieving family. They were very respectful and helped us no end in these trying times. They really are a testament to goodwill, kindness and honour, and the words written here are not able to praise them highly enough.

Andrew, Victoria and Sophie were simply incredible. My dad passed on Dec 20th 2021 and yet within 3 weeks, over the Christmas and New Year period, they were able to arrange everything in a dignified, compassionate and professional way. Nothing was too much trouble and they were responsive 24/7. The funeral itself was very inclusive with a number of family members all taking a role and, Sophie in particular, was wonderful with my daughter (similar ages) who was playing two musical pieces for Dad.Our decision to work with Moons was originally driven by a desire to support a small local business - we hadn't counted on the hugely personal touches throughout, the attention to detail and the friendly ear (whoever you spoke to - they knew the latest status). I cannot recommend them highly enough to help you through what is the most difficult of situations.

We are so blessed in our village to have such a long standing, caring family run funeral directors. They go far beyond the call of duty, seeing to the smallest detail nothing to much trouble. Everything we asked for was seen to in a professional, dignified way.
