Clean and tidy, staff were friendly enough, shelves were fully stocked and got through the tills in good time. If your following your sat nav be careful as it will probably take you to the loading bay rather than the car park.

Appalling customer service. Accidentally went through a no exit gate with no shopping and was shouted at and spoken to like a delinquent child (I'm in my 60's) embarrassing to say the least. Think the management should initiate some customer service training and teach their staff how to communicate with customers. Total lack of people skills from the two female staff (of mature age).

I feel it's quite cheap here but don't expect to be able to buy the same things each month. Some items are unwanted stock from other stores like Christmas soap and air freshener in March. Range of stuff is good though.
