Disappointed by the service on my recent visit. The atmosphere was unwelcoming and the attitude towards customers needs serious attention. It?s a shop I would like to keep using, but experiences like this make it difficult. I hope things improve, as it has the potential to be a valued local business.

Very disappointed using this as drop off for a parcel. I was prepared to wait to be served as the parcel was important to me. She continued to ask me questions and had no regard for my needs. As she was doing this more customers came into the shop and didn't want to create a scene. I reluctantly gave her the details and said that I hadn't enjoyed the shopping/serving experience. She implied that the parcel side was a sideline and she was doing me a favour! So I won't be using this store to post a parcel or shop. I'm sure she was very busy but that is no consolation to my experience which was terrible

Nice guys, always helpful and have decent stock always go for sweets amd pop akd the occasional scratch card, nice little picky selection of items yoy may need
