Went in today for 2 drinks and cakes to sit in. I couldn?t believe how dirty the place was. Behind the counter was covered in coffee, the coffee machine looked like it had never been cleaned and the floors and tables weren?t much better. I was really shocked that it was full, it was surely not hygienic to be serving food. The girl serving as well was throwing things around like she didn?t care for the equipment, this is what made me look closer behind the counter. I won?t be back that?s for sure!

The "new" recipe for the caramel frappe is the absolute worst. Not only does it make the drink really bitter, the powdery texture is revolting. I ended up re ordering without coffee and paying £2.65 for an espresso. The staff were lovely understanding and remade the drink without coffee swiftly.

I just love Costa Coffee, the food is delicious, the service second to none, and of course the coffee ? speaks for itself, there really isn't anywhere better than Costa Coffee.

Lovely Costa store with great disability access. I had a wonderful latte and a delicious piece of cake ?
Wheelchair accessibility: The cafe is wonderfully comfortable and accessible. The toilets are immaculately clean. Walking through the cafe I wasn't imposing on any other customers.

Coffee only sold in takeaway cups as no pot cups available. Coffee only warm. Disappointing place.
