Not great was a treat for mother's day my meal was cold sent it back then waited while others ate. Garlic bread tomato sauce cold . Asked for sweet menu waited that long although wasn't busy but think we got forgot about so by then didn't want too order more drinks as felt neglected sweet lovely but was asked if I wanted my cream warm ?

From when we arrived it all felt very rushed.
Starters no sooner finished than main course arrived.
Starter was calamari which was as chewy as a car tyre.
Lobster ravioli arrived and 8 pieces of ravioli and that was it husband was still hungry when we left.
Very noisy.
Have been before and enjoyed it but wouldn't rush back after this experience

4 of us ate here lastnight, I ordered a caprese to start?there was no seasoning, very bland, normally caprese comes with balsamic glaze which it didn?t. Just a plate of tomato?s and mozzarella. When I asked for balsamic glaze, I was given balsamic vinegar.
Prawns were average, duck pizza was also average.
At one point, the staff sang happy birthday to someone and turned the lights on and off repeatedly which was unnecessary and could have potentially caused a fit as my friend who was with us has epilepsy!! She had to cover up her face until this stopped!
We won?t be returning.

Had meal tonight big table £400 just for food then service charge of nearly £ 40 without drinks beer and wine expensive I had chicken appolo very bland had to ask for pamazan & pepper . Think it must be the normal for poulton now what a shame it's lost its small village feel
It's just for yuppies or people that have lots of money to spare

Took my Mrs tonight for our anniversary. We were looked after by Phelix who does a great job what a lovely lad. Food was excellent couldn?t fault a thing and will definitely be returning. Many thanks, Anton and Carron.

Food: Good - Could do with some garnish on some of the dishes. The Pasta Carbonara was tasty but lacked any colour.
Service: Mixed - Some staff are enthusiastic, smiley and chatty, others looked bored and miserable.
Atmosphere: Busy and lively. However, every time a table had a celebration they play 'Fire Ball' which was very load and completely ruined the atmosphere. I'm sure there could be something that is more appropriate. Whilst we where there they played it 3 times in about 10mins. Very off putting.
A few small changes and improvements could make this a little gem.

The food was spectacular and Felix was an absolute legend with serving our table, he was both professional and had good banter which is perfection for a server today. He knew his stuff. He knew how to be polite and he was increidble. Cheers lad.

Very poor service from the staff. Long waiting times between serving food, (It wasn't very busy). 40 minutes to get the desert menu only to then bring the bill after asking multiple staff. Staff are not paying attention to customers.
No replacement serviette once used.
The food was ok.
It's very disappointing overall.

I went for the first time last night with my exercise class. Had a super time! Fair prices and wonderful food - both in taste and presentation. Arrived quickly at the table, and the staff were very attentive and professional, especially a lady called Amy, who provided excellent service with a smile. Enjoyed it very much, was a wonderful atmosphere and would definitely go again x
