The Poulton store is OK but they continue to sell tools that require batteries and a charger unfortunately they have not had any chargers for nearly a year. The Cleveleys store have an interesting take on customer service. If you raise a complaint re a member of staff you get a manager and deputy manager aggressively defending tge staff member and following around the store.
