Great cafe after a lovely walk in Fairy Glen trail. Soup of the day really tasty, sweet potato and rosemary. Staff very attentive. Would recommend a visit.

I?ve come here a few times and it never disappoints. Came here Saturday afternoon yesterday (five women, a baby, and five dogs) and they made an effort to fit us all in seated inside! Amazing customer service and their chai lattes are great ?

We had breakfast here, a vegan fry up and regular fry up. The bread and homemade baked beans were particularly nice. We both thought the rosti could have had more flavour. Coffee was nice and the staff were really friendly. Will definitely come back.
We also took 2 cakes with us which were divine!

Lovely place to sit and eat, right next to the canal, dog friendly, so could include a walk before having something to eat and drink, I would book beforehand, however, as very popular. Highly recommended.

I stumbled upon the cafe on a bike ride thought I'd take my Mrs back on the weekend but wasn't a great experience for her ?
Ordered the soup I had a side order with the salmon fishcakes and my wife had the large bowl, as soups go it was the hotest version I'd encountered (spice wise) my wife couldn't handle it and I only managed it with eyes watering.
I made the staff aware of this with no acknowledgement from them as to anything they could do.
I would have liked a response from the kitchen maybe being able to cool it down with yogurt or something or a refund for it... instead we got blank faces and left feeling disheartened as every other aspect of the place was spot on ????

We hadn't booked a table and as it was a sunny day we wanted to sit outside. There were several reservations made but the waitress managed to sort it so that we could have a table. The menu is relatively small but the food was outstanding. There was a selection of wraps, salads and sandwiches all the food served looked tasty. I had a falafel wrap which was absolutely delish. I would definitely think of stopping there again if I was in the area.
