We have just sold our house through Maria Evans and we are so grateful that we used a quality estate agents.
Our sale completed very very quickly and we believe it was made successful with the massive contribution from the staff/team/Davina/Sally.
There may be lots of other estate agents and one or two new ones who may look busy but are they selling your house or losing your sale.
We probably could have lost our sale if it had not been for the ?professional? and ?experienced? approach the team at Maria Evans offered to our buyer, both parties solicitors and ourselves.
We let them do our viewings, they sold the house.
So good are they we are now renting a beautiful cottage through them and are very happy with Maria Evans Rentals and the property they marketed.
A google review is the least we can do as a way of thanking them Maria Evans publicly.
If you want to sell your house, don?t cut corners using inexperienced persons. Use the right agent first time, and it will be the only time you have to choose.

It was a big move for us and we were delighted with the service, from the way they presented and valued our house, the efficent way the viewings were organised and the huge amount of communication and negotiation that followed, the team at Maria B Evans dealt with everything in a clear, organised, professional and efficient way.

Quite simply, an outstanding company. Davina, Sally, Tom and Charlotte, comprise, without doubt, the most professional estate agents in the County, Maria B Evans.
From initial appraisal/valuation through to completion the service they provided was first class. They conducted all viewings, kept me fully updated, provided all necessary feedback. Once a sale was agreed the assistance continued; they liaised with the purchaser's solicitors and I believe did more to speed up the sale process than my own solicitors.
All this, with the utmost honesty, attention to detail, courtesy and, occasionally, much needed good humour. I have experience of both buying and selling through Maria B Evans and in both instances, the service was exemplary.
My recommendation is without caveat and I should like to express my enormous gratitude to the team for their kindness throughout.

Maria B Evans have been preparing our house for letting as we live abroad. We?ve been very dependent on them as a result. They have been so thorough, professional, patient and communicative every step of the way. The service was impeccable, we couldn't praise them higher or thank them more for their service. We will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell as they clearly had their sellers best interest but supported us as buyers as we had terrible solicitors.
Davina was a brilliant line of support and information and has much more knowledge than our Solicitors who were very difficult. Davina repeatedly went above and beyond in chasing our solicitors to do their job, we are incredibly grateful for her involvement.
