The staff are very helpful..I wanted to lend a charging cable for my phone, they hadn't one but asked around the various rooms, going above and beyond what you normally get.Toilets are spotless with a large beer garden to the rear.My pint of Guinness was perfect.It was really cold outside when I visited but it was really cozy inside.Prices are reasonable and compare favourably with any other rural pub.Sadly, they don't do pies..A warmed pie, with or without mushy peas would make this a 5 star pub.
