Always a lengthy wait in the queue at the Post office - there's usually only 2/5 tills open. They need to put more staff on.

Such rude staff!!! Went to till and girl with dark hair and glasses is shocking should not be allowed to deal with public, and considering I only said hello and asked for what I was looking for, we hadn?t even had an issue for this to be a situation

Very rude staff. Was waiting in the very long que for the post office and he told me not to bother walking forward because he was shut now? Even tho he closed 15 mins early and had no reason to speak to me that way. Need more staff too the line is always ridiculous

Quite a small WHSmiths, but usually well stocked and not too busy. The post office queue can sometimes run into the shop if they are busy and can make it hard to get to some items as the aisles are narrow.Staff are friendly and easy to approach, usually not too long a queue at the checkout.

No one answers the phone. Why have a phone, encourage people to call and then not pick up? Very poor customer service.

Visited this store and wanted to purchase an item with a security tag on the shelf. The Manager Vinny Churchill served me and seemed very annoyed that he had to remove the tag which he struggled with removing mumbling and moaning under his breath this continued at the till He is always out of breath puffing and panting and always seems stressed he is extremely rude and unpleasant and shouldn't be dealing with members of the public..He also posted five stars online about his own store very biased check out fat stupid and out of breath and extremely rude Vinny jabba the hut Churchill !!Fat Vinny Churchill has gone !!Re Visited Store And Was Served By A Most Miserable Man With A Face Like A Baboons Arse Wearing Too Much Makeup Very Red !! GAY ROSS Again A Manager !!

Since the floorspace was halved to incorporate Ormskirk Post Office the range of goods has become very limited, but most of the things most people want are still there in smaller numbers
