I called at the Ormskirk Topps Tiles branch twice looking for 'tile match' for my bathroom. On both occasions I spoke to Laura and she was really professional and very knowledgeable. She took me through the pros and cons of each of my choices with regard to my needs. Once I had confirmed my order I collected it and again saw Laura. She talked me through everything I needed to complete the job in hand and even helped me take everything to my car. I thanked her then and thank her again. It was great service and much appreciated.
