shit. Staff are rude not sure what the woman was called but she was blonde in her 70 maybe 80's. I didn't have id which was fair enough, but my friend who was nipping in with me, was finishing off her drink, and the bartebder started screamung after my friend apoligised politely and kept her voice down.
