Fresh food and great beverages. Lovely clean venue with friendly staff.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor access at front of venue. Access to higher level is accessed by chair lift.

Not particularly busy but many tables with dirty cups on. Ordered a hot sandwich and two drinks. Sandwich was put on serving area after about a minute. Then ten minutes after that our coffee, then two minutes later a cold drink. Hot sandwich now completely cold. Many people waiting a long time for their drinks. They take your name but don?t mention your name when placing your order out so customers looking at each other wondering if it?s theirs or yours. £15 for two drinks and a sandwich and for this awful experience. More fool me I guess !

Loved the Grande cappuccino, nice large mug and is good coffee.Staff were nice.However, there was no tissue paper in the lady's loo, the water trickled out the tap and the hand drier didn't work. Ah well....

KT very kindly informed me that I needed to register on the app for points earned by purchasing anything at Starbucks, the only member of staff to do so, even though I'd had a Starbucks 'card' for about 1 year! THANK YOU KT! She has put the Star into my Bucks :))

I was disappointed when we visited on Thursday, we had a hot chocolate, a latte, and fruit bread. Both coffee and chocolate were tastless. Also, I wasn't given a tray and had to make several trips to our table, I was also unhappy with the amount of dogs in there, there was a dog sprawled on the floor as we went in and then a lady came in with another 3

Looking for a cafe open later on a Sunday to meet our son at uni that accepts our Cockapoo dog. Happy to get confirmation that he could come in. Comfy seats, great coffee with cream and caramel topping plus caramel shortbread. Toilets clean. Lots of space. Free parking nearby on a Sunday.

To be honest I'm a coffee is coffee person, all pretty much the same, however, what sets this place apart is the staff. Rachel in particular is not only super efficient, but such a lovely caring person. She really is a credit to the company & we shall be returning.
