Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor access at front of venue. Access to higher level is accessed by chair lift.

Not particularly busy but many tables with dirty cups on. Ordered a hot sandwich and two drinks. Sandwich was put on serving area after about a minute. Then ten minutes after that our coffee, then two minutes later a cold drink. Hot sandwich now completely cold. Many people waiting a long time for their drinks. They... read full comment
