Excellent service and dedicated staff! I went for a routine checkup and eye test, during which I received excellent service from all staff. I would particularly like to shout out a big thank you to optometrist Tasneem, who is very thorough and dedicated. Tasneem found a mild abnormality in my eyes during my eye test, made an urgent referral to the eye hospital and personally followed up with hospital and me via telephone calls. I have since been seen and treated at the hospital. Thank you!

Friendly staff (as always). I had some concerns about my eye health and they were discussed in detail and further tests carried out to reassure me. We even had a power cut part way through! And that was handled professionally. Having used another well known national brand of opticians nearby on other occasions, Specsavers knock spots off them.

Hmmmm, I went for an eye test and to pick some safety glasses for work, quite a selection from JCB to choose from .First choice frames were picked and paid for then three days later was told that lightweight lenses were not available for safety glasses for that type of frames .Second visit was to pick another type of frames and a refund collected for the price of the lightweight lenses.Then was informed that type of frame was not suitable for the type of lenses I need so original frames chosen with suitable lenses selected which meant an additional £50 required when collecting the finished pair of glasses.I finally get the call only to find the glasses supplied are not my first choice but decide to take them simply because by now I had lost the will to complain as the young lady helping me was doing her best.Come on Specsavers you can do better than this.
