Still not received any post and they basically lie and say "delivery attempted" yet no one has been near my house. Then lie again and say "delivered" when it has not been. Absolutely disgraceful. I have a formal complaint in yet still not holding out much hope.

No deliveries for two weeks now. Waiting for hospital appointments and some small purchases we know were dispatched. Can't get through on the phone. We will attempt to collect from sorting office but parking is atrocious especially with mobility issues.

Absolutely ATROCIOUS. In fact worse than atrocious - non existent. We now receive mail fewer times than once per fortnight. Three parcels have gone missing in the past three weeks. Complaints go unanswered. I have no idea why Ormskirk DO cannot do their job properly.

Mail constantly delivered to neighbouring houses. Pot people continually walk across the lawns in the close, despite numerous complaints. Complaints cant be made anomalously although common sense would dictate that the staff can be asked to be more careful when posting mail ensuring it goes through the right door AND to be told to use paths and no trample across everyone's lawns. Unsure what the difficulty is with resolving these matters and why staff don't seem bothered or have that respect for customers. 5/5/23 (although issues on-going for 2 years at this point).After numerous complaints about post person walking across lawns in the street and being informed that the post person has been told........he continues to do this. Neighbour doesn't want to phone up although hates this happening but royal mail wont now do anything about this as they need the complaint to come from them. Common sense should tell Royal Mail to simply tell the post person NOT to walk across lawn, full stop. They should follow this instruction and if informed again that they are still doing this, they are told again, and told until a formal warning is given to them.Royal mail live in a world where their flawed procedure for complaints dictates what what could actually be done in reality by applying some simple common sense.Disgraceful, disrespectful people.

Open for an entire 2 HOURS on a Monday. I've been there a few times, there's always someone in there - it's a depot, it shouldn't be too tasking to stay open later.I work the early shift (6.30 - 15.30) each day and it's impossible to book a redelivery if I'm not at home and when I do get some time off they've shut at 2pm.

An extremely important parcel delivered to the incorrect address, to which they asked me to go and knock at the point of delivery to see if it was there. utterly shocking service.Update..... third parcel in 12 months missing. Delivered to an address 500 yards from my home. GPS tracking stated time and location of delivery to a random house 3 streets away. Can the postman read. The service was and continues to be shambolic.

Delivery drivers are great but what the hell is going on with the delivery times? its taking over a week for a parcel to be delivered.I'm sending all my parcels to Maghull depot these days to avoid the same delays since Covid?... its a joke.

Parcel disappeared between royal mail drop box and sorting office, abt 600 yards. Perhaps the ripped open discarded boxes in the bushes along the road to the sorting office give a hint?????

They want extra pay, yet they can't even deliver on the days the are not striking! They have been on strike for 18 months! We get post 1 day a week! What the actual is going on?? How can the truly convince themselves that they want more money? Its now been 9 days since the came with any post for both me and my neighbours

After one wasted trip as they are now closing on a Monday, I returned Tuesday morning to find they have lost my parcel in the depot, and now awaiting a phone call when/if they find it.As I write this post they have just rang to say they have found it, problem resolved,I have raised my rating to 3 stars, would have been more only having lost the parcel and doing 3 trips to the sorting office.

A waste of time went do a change of adress paid for 3montha and then got told they cant do it
