Ali and the team are amazing, they are a very knowledgeable and skilled team who go above and beyond. They ensure that mine and my families prescription are dealt with on time every month. They have supported in physical health observations, advice around medications and always there to support. They know many individuals who utilise the pharmacy and have a fantastic customer service experience. Always a warm welcome when you go to the pharmacy, with each member of staff taking the time for each individual ensuring they have everything they need. I highly recommended! Thank you to you all!

I recently moved to Ormskirk Pharmacy for my elderly Mum's medications because they do deliveries and I work full-time. Getting to a pharmacy to collect can be difficult when you work nearly 25 miles from Ormskirk! The previous Ormskirk pharmacy I used offered this service but it was a little chaotic. On one occasion I was told that my Mum's medications were out for delivery when in fact the prescription had not even been processed. When I asked for suggestions on the Ormskirk Community Group on Facebook, people suggested this pharmacy and in fact Ali Moody, one of the pharmacists got in touch too. I have since switched and have been really impressed with the service. If I have needed to call the pharmacy the staff have been pleasant, courteous and helpful and the delivery service has been absolutely spot on. Very glad that I made the switch!
