We have been buying our carpets from Ormskirk Carpet Centre since 1987. Our latest one was fitted last week, it looks fabulous, is cat friendly & stain proof. Many thanks to Andy for fantastic advice, service & the competitive price.

Recently purchased carpets for pretty much the whole house and the whole experience has been first class! Paul came out to measure and advise which carpet would be more suitable for each of the rooms. We placed the order and delivery was booked at a convenient time for us but we were kept in the loop in the days leading up to delivery. The two guys who fitted them (Tom and Ben) were superb?really helpful when it came to moving heavy pieces of furniture and really tidy. Quality of fitting was important to them and they were keen to make sure it was done properly. Overall I would highly recommend these guys?we won?t be going anywhere else in the future!Thanks for a great job done Paul

We've used Ormskirk carpet centre twice now. Using two different types of flooring and both times we have been exceptionally happy with the result. The customer service has been incredible and the fitters have been really reliable. The end results have been brilliant both times. Would highly recommend!

Called in looking for a stair carpet,we were greeted with a friendly hello and if we need anything just ask but then thankfully ?left alone? to browse?nothing worse than a sales assistant hovering you aroundWe found a carpet we liked approached the assistant who was knowledgeable about the product and said we could take a sample to try at homeI popped back in a few days later and ordered the carpet,I arranged for them to call and measure and price up, which was done quickly and at my convenienceThe two guys who came to fit the carpet did a cracking job, they were friendly but professional and even tidied up and put the offcuts in bin bags for usExcellent service all round, we would buy from Ormskirk carpets againShout out to Andy who gave us excellent customer service

Excellent professional service from start to finish. Paul was very accommodating in arranging the fitting, and the fitters themselves were excellent (Brian and Kevin), particularly putting up with my inquisitive 3 year old. We will be back, and I would thoroughly recommend.

Great service and selection. Fitters were great. We had a fault with our carpet that we didn't notice at first and they bent over backwards to get the issue sorted. We got a replacement carpet and are really made up with them.

We recently finished a full house renovation and have found Ormskirk Carpet Centre to be amongst the best external trades involved in our refit. Just when we were about to move in we were let down by another firm we had originally planned to go with in Aintree, and at short notice (a matter of days) Ormskirk Carpet Centre were able to get the bedrooms measured up and fitted. They have also been able to send fitters round to fold back the carpets to have wardrobes placed and then returned just the other day to get the other carpets in all before Christmas. They are a pleasure to work with, very thorough and communicative and I would recommend them highly. Great family firm who have a great range of product and go above and beyond to help out!

Turned up late, phoned and said they would be with me between 2 and 3 and didn?t turn up till 5 with no communication, fitters left carpet scraps and bits up the stairs and didn?t clean up after themselves. Actual fitting of carpet was good.
