Travelled to Ormskirk today because our local branch been closed permanently. Hours on website hadnt been updated + arrived at 2.30pm + they were shut ! Not good NatWest ! - had planned work shifts around visiting in branch. Plus trying to get a park space + 12 miles of fuel to get me there + back. So basically, you need to be retired or unemployed to access a visit. Online banking is convienient, and i use it frequently, but sometimes you just want to interact with a human and have some good old fashioned customer service ! Very disappointed + not a happy customer.

Usual terrible service from a large bank. Nobody answers the phone and when you get to the branch, they can't help you. Very poor and frustrating service.

I had opportunity to visit this branch to do an out of the norm transaction.The staff were well informed and experienced. They attended me with a friendly and professional manner. Gave me sound advice and helped me to complete my transaction. Their reassurance helped me do what I could not achieve on my own on the app. So glad I went in.Thank to the team.

I have used their services many, many times at this branch of the Natwest Bank, and never once experienced an issue not of my own making. I confess, readers, this review is as much a meta-review as it is a review. Why the abuse? The vitriol? are you so cowardly that this, this(?!) is the outlet for your grievances? Speak calmly and clearly to the staff within, and they tend to let a man (or woman) go about their business.

Our local branch has now closed and have had to travel to this one to change a name on a bank account. Once in the building we were greated yesterday by a very rude member of staff asking in front of the whole shop why the name had changed on the account very unprofessional. Then was rather rude once at the desk and very unhelpful.

Very rude to my mother in-law refusing to let her deposit money into her account insisting that it?s put into her business account, when in fact it is her own personal money. Refusing to send money to accounts for her sending her away feeling upset and humiliated. She ended up posting the money and it went missing, we have only just found out about this, so a formal complaint has been put in. No protection for vulnerable member's of society at all. Humiliating customers and prying into their personal circumstances....... really isn?t on. She could have been mugged due to your cashiers refusal to deposit her money. Same gentlemen every time refusing to assist her, so formal complaint has been put in, he needs retraining.

Being quite agnostic about banks we chose Nat West purely due their superb Customer Service at this branch, this was years ago and it continues today.
