Sent my husband for eye drop he was refused them as I have to see the pharmacy for over the counter products why ???

I’ve used Morrisons pharmacy ormskirk for some years now. I go there weekly and I’ve had nothing but great service. The staff are very helpful and they know me that well they call me by my first name when I go there for my prescriptions, feeling very valued and comfortable at the same time.
