Very stressful environment, the just eat and deliveroo section run the place and often your order is slow because of this. Staff are generally friendly and not their fault that they're having to cater to the poor quality drivers that stand in everyone's way.

Most incompetent and inconsistent mcdonalds. Got a delivery order for a group and got barely any of our orders were remotely correct with some items even being missing.

I ordered from here and they forgot one of my items and when I tried to request a refund, it kept taking me through various unhelpful links with an AI that also didn't work that well. In lieu of my money back I opted to leave a 1 star review instead.
Also, they forgot to salt my chips.

Ordered a burger and I got a wrap? As far as I?m concerned a burger is not a wrap. Would not recommend.
I had to go to the shop to fix my order? worst decision ever, the burger was horrible, I?d rather starve than eat that garbage.
Also, fries taste like they have bleach on them

Freezing cold morning come in for a hot drink me and about 2 other people that was already waiting for there order before I come in i 4 staff chatting away after someone made my drink it was on the side waited 5 minutes for someone to give it to me

The last time I was there I was waiting a very long time for my meal. When I got it to be honest it was very average at best & wish I didn't bother. The hot chocolate was the only thing I truly enjoyed. I tried the double cheese chilli burger ok. But I technically speaking could not recommend it unfortunately
Vegetarian options: It definitely doesn't taste anywhere near like 20 years ago. To be honest nowadays u have to wait longer for the meal to be ready. & I would say the last 5 times I have had it I wish I didn't. Technically speaking I only go to see if it's better? or worse? My overall opinion would be that it is quite cheap & very convenient. Nowadays because the complex of flavours u can get anywhere McDonald's is a copout too predictable unfortunately only in my opinion I really don't mean anything by it.

What has happened to your McDonolds ? We went in today ordered med fries, six chicken nuggets, and two hot chocolate drinks, hubby tasted a chip and chips were cold, he complained and girl gave us a fresh carton, got to our table and the nuggets were luke warm, and hot chocolate drinks one was half full and strong and the other one was hot and like water. Disgusting won't be eating in there again. Seems your taking on to many deliveries was chaotic in store. Left in disgust.
