I needed to quickly get my car?s tracking sorted out prior to our 650 mile drive to South West France. The Ormskirk branch were able to respond immediately and not only corrected the problem but gave a full explanation and written report. I do a significant mileage each year and on my return trips to the U.K. will use the branch for service work.

10/10. I turned up with a broken tyre pressure valve, I was seen immediately. Dave replaced all 4 cores, free of charge - because of him I will use this Kwik Fit whenever possible going forward, and I would recommend this location to anyone.

Had a nail in my tyre rang up that morning and was booked in for a few hours later. took it in to be repaired and they found another nail in my back tyre sorted it quickly for me thanks guys

Took the car for wheel alignment as the front steering didn't feel right. Paid for wheel alignment on 5th may. Took car for MOT Today 23rd June to fail on Offside Front Suspension arm ball joint likely to become detached. Mot said kwick fit should have realised this. Now, I have to pay for another wheel alignment.

I got a flat tyre while visiting friends in Ormskirk, and Dave went completely out of his way to help me?even though he didn?t have to, and it was right before closing. He got it sorted so quickly, and I was able to get home safely. Genuinely grateful for the help.

Kwik Fit: charging the most vulnerable more!
Very disappointed by Kwikfit yesterday. My heavily pregnant wife had to get a tyre replaced on her car because it risked a blow out so booked in a tyre fit at Ormskirk. She paid £118 for an all season tyre and I noticed that this was wrong and should have bought the summer tyre for £101 instead as the rest were summer tyres. I told her to speak to the garage when she got there and they can just swap it out and refund the difference.
I got home to find that the tyre was fitted and they recommended to fit the cheaper summer tyre instead, which I expected. I asked if she got a refund and she said no, they said it was the same price. Although I know online it was £17 cheaper. After contacting customer service I was told that the prices online are cheaper than at the garage which really shocked me.
Firstly, our order was placed online so the swap should be at the online price.
Secondly, why wasn?t my wife told this and given an opportunity to hop back online and simply re-order at the cheaper price?
Thirdly, I find this difference in pricing unscrupulous and concerning. So if my technophobe family member isn?t comfortable online and prefers to trust the garage and deal with them face to face then they are just going to have to pay more. This is effectively a tax on the elderly. They are taking advantage of people.
This wasn?t a promo and a promo code wasn?t used. It?s just a difference in price. The tyre came from the same place and fitted by the same people.
I find this shameful. It?s only £17 in our case but a set of 4 would be over £60.
I won?t be using kwik fit ever again and I will share this info with as many people as possible.

I needed a couple of tyres at short notice on a Sunday morning and they sorted me out quickly and professionally. They said it might take an hour but they knew I was in a hurry so they did it in 30 minutes ?
