Bought a ready made roll which looked good on display with meat and salad sticking out which was over £4 .I couldn't eat it because there was nothing else in it .it had poor quality dry bread.

Before i leave this poor review I?d like to state that I?m bartender an understand the difficulties of the customer facing role especially during technical difficulties however I?ve never felt more Ill treated by a member of staff in my life. The tone I got spoke to in an basically shouted to a degree due was frankly appalling because it was obviously on my face the technical difficulty was an inconvenience however Im aware it is no fault of the staff therefore I was spoke to horribly an had my food slammed on the counter once I?d paid. Genuinely in shock of how bad it was however the pastries are absolutely unreal but the treatment was that poor that businesses it?s self should be aware.

The staff are very friendly in there and helpful. Everything is fresh and delicious and I wouldnt go anywhere else for my pies & sausage rolls. Bread excellent too and great range of small cakes.

3 of us walked in ( we're a family) and the rather assertive man behind the till was rushing us ordering 2 of us to leave because apparently only 2 people are allowed ( there's no sign outside informing customers of this) we asked If their potato cakes are vegetarian and instantly he said 'yes' leaving us doubtful he also offered no ingredients list . The woman who actually served us I think was trying to listen to us in Ormskirk from Australia as she just couldn't hear a think we said and when she asked if we wanted a bag the answer was yes and she just stood there . We won't return

Went here last week. Never felt so rushed in my life to buy something. And the staff where rather rude well two of them anyways.Over priced for what it is.
