I placed my property with Farrell Heyworth Fulwood on 1st July after an awful experience with another Estate Agency. Katy came out and inspected the property and handled the viewings which put me at ease. My point of contact in the agency was Jessica . She was excellent in keeping me updated with feed back from the viewings any offers and following them up on my behalf. My property has now been sold subject to contract. Katy and Jessica provided a Top draw. First Class service throughout.

Katie was very pleasant when she came over to see my property to rent. She gave me useful advice on doing some minor changes to make it more appealing to prospective tenants. She also gave me a full checklist on checks & certificates required before letting the house (first time landlord)
