I was visiting the area for some work along with my family, the staff here were very arrogant and showed a lot of attitude. Not at all a welcoming atmosphere, regret visiting this place

I love a Costa as a treat now & again, just had a cappuccino it's My Favourite... The place is lovely & clean & Staff very friendly... Would recommend a visit to anyone... 10/10...

Watery coffee, miserable staff, always getting orders wrong and they pull faces when you ask to correct the drinks. Such a shame.

Coffee to take away straight in the bin! Awful bitter taste. Definitely need to wash your equipment. Coffee spilt all over the counter. Staff r so miserable awful

UPDATE: Had to reduce to one star, place is still dirty, hands stick to table, very slow service, not too interested in helping customers, and now cant even bring food to the table. what a waste.Used to be a real hidden gem with great service. But after so many changes it's another dead space, poor quality drinks, staff who couldn't care less, poorly stocked. New manager seams work-shy.

What a terrible Costa, very slow service, all the staff did was chat constantly, the white chocolate just tasted of hot milk and nothing else, definitely would not go back there
