Friendly, knowledgeable, patient staff and everyone is very helpful. Can't go wrong here, especially if you want shoes that aren't going to fall apart in a few weeks like the cheaper shop ones do. Best shop for shoes in town.

Visited Clarks in Ormskirk today to get my sons first shoes. I was served by Becky, she was so lovely and polite. She explained everything really well and even bought out a 'My First Shoes' photo frame for my son to get a picture. A lovely experience, I'd definitely recommend.

I often pop into my local Clarks store in Ormskirk, and every time I?m greeted with a warm welcome from Danny, who is always so happy and positive. The staff are incredibly helpful and engaged, going over and above to make sure you get the right shoes for you.
Recently, I took my four-year-old son, Teddy, in to get school shoes. The shop was really busy, as it was the end of summer with lots of children in. Despite the hustle, Danny greeted us warmly and made us feel special. She quickly asked Tayla to serve us, and Tayla immediately measured Teddy, even though the shop was full.
Tayla was so kind and friendly, hyping Teddy up while he tried on shoes. She really helped him choose a pair that he absolutely loves! It?s a great store to pop into, with a lovely team and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Visited the store in Ormskirk and was helped by Russell. I have a 1 and 5 year old who where like a whirlwind hitting the store but he was amazing and got shoes for both boys in my price range. We were in and out the store quickly.

Thanks to the young lady who measured my little boy's feet who was pleasant and took her time to do it properly.Shame our first impression of the shop was that the manager was so rude by refusing to serve us and measure my little one's feet because we didn't have an appointment. This was in spite of several members of staff being free and all because they had two appointments booked in for ten minutes time.When we did return half an hour later, we were measured and out of the door with shoes in hand in around 8 mins so not sure what that was about.Next time we will be sure to travel to the Middlebrook store where they have a ticketing system as well as appointments so everyone can be served appropriately.

Took my little one for first shoes today. The staff were so kind and helpful and really made him at ease. Went for a little test walk and there was no worries about him doing so. Also loads of sale shoes!!!

All of the staff no matter who is on duty are all so attentive and pleasant with an excellent knowledge of their stock and have an excellent engaging manner with the younger children especially.
