“I like to do some charity shop hunting every now and then, I find a lot of great deals and bargains, especially in the Ormskirk branch. Today I was served by a guy who was so welcoming and polite that the only reason I'm writing this review is to praise him. He struck up conversation, he didn't have to, we had a little chat and was very helpful with telling me about the return policy. I will certainly be back in to this store.”

“Quite a small WHSmiths, but usually well stocked and not too busy. The post office queue can sometimes run into the shop if they are busy and can make it hard to get to some items as the aisles are narrow.Staff are friendly and easy to approach, usually not too long a queue at the checkout.”
