Great Premier Inn breakfast.
Staff are great, food is decent and all you can eat.
Nothing to complain about.

Kid-friendliness: Yes, kids allowed.

Don't get the ribs, they're just horrible. I don't think I want to know how long they have been in the fridge after they were first cooked... or maybe they were microwaved from frozen. Rank either way. Silly me for ordering ribs at a beefeater I guess. Literally just a bland rack of chewy bitty ribs with some sauce on. £21? If I was there on my own i'd have walked out. Waitress was a gem though, good laugh and attentive, especially considering she seemed to be doing all the work while the youngsters just nattered. Chips and corn were alright.

Just your average beef eater pub. No complaints really. Stayed at the premier inn for a couple of nights due to work up here. Dinner was alright, breakfast was much better though. Friendly service from staff.

Ordered prawn cocktail bread was stale told staff they done nothing about it not even said would you like fresh bread very poor service.

Food was lovely but a little overpriced. Our waitress, Pamela F was fantastic, so friendly and helpful and made our visit much more enjoyable

We had dinner early in the week on a Monday. The ambiance of the place was pleasant and tranquil. The starters were delightful, but the main course was slightly underwhelming. My partner ordered a steak baguette, and unfortunately, the fried onions were omitted and left off. There were only two other patrons in the establishment, yet the service between courses was exceptionally slow. To further exacerbate the situation, a staff member decided to vacuum the area adjacent to our table, making it challenging to engage in conversation.

Food came out quickly but was very average in terms of quality. The ribeye steak I had was a bit tough and my wife?s chicken burger (and the 2 lots of popcorn chicken for the kids) was overdone and crunchy. Even with a 40% off mains voucher it was still nearly £50 for food and soft drinks. The place is beginning to look a little tired and run down.
I don?t think we?ll be going back.

We had breakfast there after stopping at the Premier Inn next door it is an unlimited breakfast so you order what and how much, great quality and well cooked

I don't know if it was just us but we were generally ignored when we arrived whist waiting to be seated. We must have stood for about ten minutes with none of the staff, passing by us, even acknowledging our existence.
Eventually we were accepted in with zero pleasantries. He wanted to seat us in a weird area of the restaurant, and when I asked if he had any other tables I guess I pushed him over the edge and he was downright rude to my wife and I. Awkward drinks order ensued. Food was meh.....
Come breakfast.....
Once again , no pleasantries and awkward orders.
Staff just seem generally unhappy.
Chairs were dirty...
