Went to the doctor back in January a referral sent over to aintree Hospital for me which was sent back to Beacon primary care in the banks Southport on the 19th of January requesting they fill the referral form in properly as details What they need would not recorded. I rang aintree Hospital up on the 4th March 7 weeks later to be told They still not had sent back to them filled incorrectly. I rang the reception starts asking to speak to the person who filled it in. I was told I couldn?t and that not to worry it been rectified now and sent again. It?s just not good enough to wait seven weeks and then be told that very disappointed in the service

Edge Hill students who take regular medication do not sign up to this practice! They have no accommodations for people who can?t use the NHS app; one of their GPs told me that my medication ?isn?t their problem?; and the prescribing line (which is now only open one hour a day so you have to spend almost the whole hour on hold in a queue) told me they ?don?t deal with prescriptions?. The practice cannot communicate and take responsibility for my repeat prescriptions meaning i have been without my medication for almost a week now - and this is not the first time it has happened. They do not care about your health and the people on the phone are always rude. I?ve had to go somewhere else for help just to get the medication i need.

Absolutely the most incompetent GP surgery I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The prescription line are incapable of correctly ordering medication, no matter how many times we speak to them every single week, telling us on Monday medication has been ordered then finding out from the pharmacy 4 days later that nothing has been sent over. Controlled medication that is needed the same day every single week without fail and they can't even get that right, and reception staff who couldn't care less at best, and are downright vindictive at worst.

The worst experience ever. Mum (85 yrs) crying in pain, no meds making any difference. Offered an appointment for a weeks time and that was with me completing the online form at 8am. They just don?t care.

New system working well on mobiles, I got looked after immediately when I needed some help with my inside bunged up with lots of tablets needed for previous illnesses last year. Constipation was awful but they looked after me ,next day service.

Went in thinking I could get haste and speed boosts instead I was treated with grown adults ringing the psych ward saying I was crazy I then pulled out my diamond axe and critical hit her but a creeper blew me up from behind

I was welcomed into Minor Op?s room on Tuesday 7th Feb. The treatment I received was brilliant. Both staff members were very pleasant and explained in detail the action to be taken. I was seen before my appointment time and left the surgery three minutes after appointment time .Within two weeks of speaking to a practice nurse I had appointments for the two problems. Both procedures we carried out in that time scaleWell done to those who attended to me.

Minor Surgery- Best Practice.A week ago I attended for a minor op. I can only say how very professional, efficient and ultra caring the ten minute procedure was. The staff who treated and attended were in my opinion were excellent: this is how the NHS should be operating! Well done.

Obsolutely horrible place to deal with! If I could only give 0 stars I would! Are these people for real?!?! What kind of system they use , you are seeking for medical help and they tell you that your first available appointment will be in two weeks time ?!?! Wow ! Seriously! ? Even if you rand and were first in the queue you still cannot see doctor on that day! I dont need appointment in 2 weeks time I NEED now! They are the first ones to offer covid vaccine and you can come in RIGHT now and no need appointment?! What are these doctors doing? Why they still use conversation over the phone, theres no pandemic and never was before! I am in the middle of writing formal complaint to NHS and advice more people do that too, also looking for another clinic to join because this one is useless ,they certainly don't help people in need.

Most impressed with the service i experienced having a small procedure to remove a cyst. I found the staff professional polite and reassuring. Would reccommend tbis practice.

1 star isn?t even what this surgery deserve. Horrible receptionist. Worst GP in the whole world. Don?t join this Gp. Nearly died waiting for a doctor to call me when I was sick. They have no sense of urgency. The pandemic has made them even worse. Try a different Gp to save your life. Gp from hell.

Awful. I needed a replacement inhaler but they told me they couldnt order me a new one for some reason. I ring back weeks later to try and tell them that I need one and they need to give me one. Turns out they ordered one on the day I called the first time and it was waiting for me.Why tell me you can't order me a replacement inhaler, then order one anyway and not tell me??

Called today 29th March at 12.30 and joined the queue at position 3 and i was still on the phone after 30 minutes before ringing off. Perhaps I' mistaken but I thought receptionists were mainly to book appointments and general enquiries, but not for consultations

Shockingly bad surgery. Impossible to get through to and when you do, you get cut off in mid-call. Very difficult to get an appointment. I wholly advise if you have a real medical problem, go elsewhere.
