Can i just start by saying that the Customer Service and Work done by Mick and all the Staff has been first class since the first time i needed some help regarding my engine management light that wouldnt turn off after phoning around a few companies to get some diagnostic advice i kept being told it would be weeks before i could be seen my Wife found Micks garage and it Truely was a god send i took it in on the day i phoned and he sorted it out for me its So good to know that i have found a First class garage to look after any future Issues and Service requorements my car will have i advise anyone who wants a reliable Friendly First class service to Vist the Auto Safety Centre

It was my first ever MOT - I couldn't have asked for a better place. I don't know the lads' names but everyone was so kind, patient and thorough. I can't recommend this garage enough. Thank you.

Came here for an MOT and full service last week unfortunately my car failed on breaks, they let me use their car while mine was being fixed and got mine fixed as quick as they could, due to a family emergency I wasn?t available on the day that I was due to pick my car back up and this wasn?t an issue even helped me put the stuff I had in their car back in mine on collection, will definitely be using these again when my next MOT is due lovely staff and not extortionate prices either

Very kind lot- weren't able to fix my car due to an electrical fault but reccomended an auto electrician and refunded me for the diagnostics they did. Friendly and trustworthy!

UPDATED REVIEW, HENCE 1 STAR - I needed to find a new service centre for my car and after researching I decided to give Ormskirk Auto Safety Centre a try as it has high reviews. I booked my car in for a service and MOT. Unfortunately, it failed the MOT, but they could fit me in for the repairs. I was informed that as they had removed the wheels to complete the repairs, the tracking needed doing and they don't do tracking. When I came to pay it transpired that the full service I had booked for hadn't been done, so I had to rebook and bring the car in another day for the service. Following the MOT, I took my car to another local reputable garage, who on completing the tracking found several concerning issues with the ongoing safety of the car and questioned why these hadn't been set as advisories to addres. If I hadn't gone elsewhere for the tracking, I would never have known that I could have been driving a car that was not safe. So, on hindsight, I will not be returning to Ormskirk Auto Safety Centre, as it appears they rush cars through and ignore elements of MOT findings that require advisories. Not a company that you could depend upon for safety in my opinion.

Recently had a full service and MOT carried out on my Passat. Very helpful and efficient in identifying a couple of problems that needed sorting. Good price and would recommend with no hesitation. Will be using them again in the future.

I'm leaving this review to let Mick know how extremely grateful I am for the kindness he shown towards my children and I today.My car needed quite a few things doing to it today and I was stressed out about the cost. Mick went over and above to genuinely help me out and make things easier for me. He also bought my children some sweets and chocolate to keep them happy.I've been going to Mick for many years. He is very professional, open and honest and does not beat around the bush with things. But today, I've been taken back by his kindness.Thanks Mick.

I took my car in for a service and MOT. Unfortunately, it failed the MOT and would take a day or so to sort out as needed 2 new tyres and 2 new shock absorbers. Mick was quick to offer a courtesy car for me to use in the meantime and explained what exactly was needed and what it would cost.There was a mix up when I went to collect it the following day as only the repairs for the MOT had been done and not the routine service. By way of apology, Mick knocked some money off my overall bill which was extremely kind of him. Can't fault the customer service from here and prices weren't extortionate. I will be booking back in at some point over the next month or so to get some of the advisories from the MOT sorted out by Mick and his team. Communication and customer service were superb from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

Don?t usually leave reviews but can?t fault the service and deserved recognition. My car failed the MOT and needed a fault sorting. The team went above and beyond to get my car back to me within 2 hours so I could get back on the road the same day. 10/10 would recommend - what a great service.

Mick can?t do enough to help. He will always do his best to fit you in despite the fact that he and his team are always busy. I am new to the Ormskirk area so my partner recommended Mick to me. Excellent all round, honest, diligent and very competitive pricing. I won?t be going anywhere else.

Popped into the garage today asking if they had 2, 20 Amp fuses which I could buy, as the local shop didn?t have any. They very kindly let me have both for free so I thought it?s only fair to give them a good review as I couldn?t fault the service :)

A big thank you to Mick who rescued us on the A59 when we had a blow out. We were completely stuck and after being alerted by a very kind passer by who stopped to help, Mick came and changed the wheel. We tried to offer payment but he insisted it was a good will gesture. We would highly recommend this excellent friendly service, so, helpful . Thank you so much!
