Last month I visited the Argos in the two saints retail park and was hoping to get my purchase that I had looked up on the internet, however unfortunately it was not in and out of stock so I had to wait till the following day to go another Argos.Staff where friendly and helpful and gave me the suggested Argo's to go.

Very helpful ladies yesterday helped to return my mobile phone and replace it. I was being pushed from pillar to post before by Samsung and their repair services before Argos helped solve the problem, much appreciated ?

Tried to return a vax carpet cleaner to Argos Ormskirk, paid £250 for it, used it twice in 7 months. Stopped working, took it back with receipt and they told us to speak to Vax. Pointed out we had no legal relationship with Vax but they refused to help. Terrible service.

Bad manager at Branch, very rude to customers, and staff treated terrible, in front of customers, you can see not a happy place to work at. Will be changing branch I shop at as not a good experience when you want to shop.

Called in today around 11 am to return a product. A lovely polite helpful lady with curly hair I think was called Sarah? Couldn't have done enough to help.A credit to your store thank you.

Fantastic customer service. I had been online to get a vaccum cleaner. However I had a load of Love2shop vouchers but I had no idea how to pay. I went to the machine and was somewhat lost. Then a very friendly lady came up to me and helped. She showed me how to place the order and said all I had to do was click the pay at the till option which I did.The lady at the till was very helpful indeed. I told them I had an item under the name of Bond. I showed her my driving license to show my name is James Bond. She laughed and said "I've served you before."I just handed my vouchers over. Then I was dumbfounded. She then said "you've paid too much" and handed me a £10 voucher back. She could have been very dishonest and took it for herself. I was really impressed with that. She could have got away with that.I went to the pick up point and told them I had an ebay item to pick up. The staff member was super efficient. He scanned the bar code got my ebay item and by the time he did that the vacuum cleaner had come down.All in all, fantastic customer service and they are incredibly efficient. So it's not a case of if I will shop there again- it's a case of when.

Went in to redeem nectar points.Ordered in store on the tablet - very easy to search for the items.Paid at till with the nectar card, staff very helpful.Item collected within a minute.Cheaper than elsewhere.Good service all around.

Went to ormskirk purchase a item was told I could not have receipt it would be sent by email explaining to the staff I did not here printer could they print one off told no was told to keep on my phone that would be my receipt they were really unhelpful ask for a refund told the person who paid for it on their card to come back in and they would put it back on there card but would take a week will never go back to that shop again

Not impressed with the way this branch has gone downhill. Never have anything in stock anymore. And today I turned up to collect a fast track order and was told they couldn't do it without the card I paid on 'as clearly stated in the email'. I pointed out there was no such statement in the email which the guy she called over smugly told me there was. Luckily I had the email with me so was able to let him scroll through it multiple times until he realised I was right, he did that thing where they don't look at you and just told his colleague to get me the item. Horrible to be made to feel like you are in the wrong, when they can't even follow procedures and don't know whats in their own companies communications.

As this is my local store I often check for items before going to other places but am always astounded by their complete lack of stock. Massive amounts of items are out of stock no matter how small or commonplace. The few times I have bought something g the service has been very professional but painfully slow - all of which puts me off using this store.
